Monroe, New Jersey – August 2016: Thomas Licker, CEICR, CBRM, has been named President of the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA).
As ABRA President, Licker will oversee the organization’s marketing and growth objecives related to the certification of biohazard response professionals and member companies. Mr. Licker has over 20 years of professional experience handling event-driven hazardous materials and biological response actions for industrial, commercial and residential properties. He is a Certified Environmental Control Remediator (CEICR), Certified Bio-Recovery Master (CBRM), and has been responsible for overseeing site clean-up under CDC, FDA, RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, and DOE guidelines.
Mr. Licker is the Division Manager for Infection Control Technologies, a division of Insurance Restoration Specialists, Inc.
