GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Thomas Licker has over 15 years of professional experience that includes managing the investigation and remediation of properties involving biohazardous, hazardous materials and non-hazardous waste. He has been responsible for overseeing the clean up of sites under RCRA, CERCLA, DOD, and DOE. Thomas has worked for the Federal EPA Site assessment and Technical Assistance Team as over-site for CERCLA and RCRA Corrective Actions. In addition to these qualifications, he has been involved with major removal actions and waste management services for industrial clients. Thomas has also helped design remediation strategies for cost effective waste treatment and proper disposal.

Additional project management responsibilities include developing compliance/and or clean up cost, reviewing, interpreting and summarizing laboratory data and field analytical results and technical report development, interacting with agency case managers and clients regarding the management and progress of assigned tasks.

Mr. Licker has also designed and supervised the installation of production, and monitoring wells, soil boring activities, and fate and transport analysis of contaminated
ground water.

Tom Peter is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Health and Safety Manager at Insurance Restoration Specialists, Inc. (IRS), Environmental Services Division, and has an extensive background in occupational, health and safety, public health issues, indoor air quality and environmental compliance. Working as a consultant for over ten years, he has exemplary knowledge in recognition/investigation, evaluation/testing and control/mitigation of occupational and environmental hazards.

Mr. Peter has managed remediation projects for indoor contaminants, managed oil spill and tank closures, assisted in emergency response and provided expert review and insurance claim oversight. He is also responsible for managing the Health and Safety Program for IRS and has published several articles on occupational health and indoor air quality.
